Service Status Control

Manage and configure service availability

Cash Counting Entry

The Cash Counting Entry feature adds an extra step during fee collection whenever it is enabled. In this step, the staff must enter the breakdown of the cash received. Instead of only entering the total fee amount, the system will ask for the count of each currency note

Print Fee History Invoice

The Print Fee History Invoice feature allows the user to generate and print a complete invoice that shows the entire fee payment history of a student. Instead of printing only the latest payment, this feature compiles all past fee transactions — including dates, amounts paid, pending amounts, payment methods, and any remarks — into a single, well-formatted invoice.

Calculate Salary by Attendance (Auto)

The Calculate Salary by Attendance (Auto) feature automatically determines a staff member’s payable salary based on their attendance records. When the user starts adding a staff salary payment, the system reads the attendance data for the selected month and instantly calculates the salary using the predefined rules: Present days + approved leaves = full salary Absent days = salary deduction Half-day = half salary

Staff Edit Attendance

The Staff Edit Attendance feature controls whether a user can edit staff attendance records or not. When this setting is enabled, the system allows editing of existing attendance entries. When it is disabled, attendance records become locked and cannot be changed once saved.

Force User to Pay Fees

The Force User to Pay Fees feature ensures that students must clear their pending fees before accessing the system. When this option is turned ON, the system checks whether the student has any unpaid fees. If fees are pending, the student will not be able to access any part of the system. Instead, a mandatory popup will appear informing the student about the pending fees and requiring them to pay before continuing.

Payment Restriction Mode

Force user to pay fees (Result)

When this switch is turned ON, the system will automatically block students who have unpaid fees from viewing their exam results. Only students who have cleared all pending fees will be able to access their result page.
